Things that I am thankful for on my fifteenth birthday.:)

1. I was born to a loving family and despite some misunderstandings, we learn to accept differences and celebrate simple things.:)

2. I have the greatest MOM in the world. She may be strict, but I can tell her a lot of things other kids can’t tell their mothers.

And she has never let me down.:)

3. My dad may not be the best, but I’m contented with the love he gives us.

We learn to love people despite their misgivings.:)
4. God loves me, and He always knows what’s the best for me.

5. I have an annoying yet sweet bro. And I loooove him to bits.

(Though I don’t usually tell him.:D)
6. I have grandparents who really care about me and love me as much if not more than they love their own children.

7. I got to learn things at an early age and have actually grown as a smart girl.

And I’m not bragging. It’s just true.:)

8. I was able to study in good schools.

High School: University of the Philippines Rural High School.

9. I met a lot of people. Some are worth keeping for a lifetime; most stayed long enough for me to learn from them.;)

10. I now have GREAT FRIENDS, and they are like family to me.:)

11. I had enemies, and they showed me things friends couldn’t have shown.

Like how life is not as easy as we think it is.
12. Some people arrived and only stayed for a short time. They taught me lessons and somehow gave part of their lives, no matter how small, to me.

13. I get the things I need, sometimes even more.

I complain a lot about how small my allowance is, and how I don’t have material things that my friends have, but I realized I should be thankful that I’m fortunate enough to be typing this, even though this is not our computer.

14. I have him now, and I know we don’t have forever, but we’ll have enough time for us to make a big mark on each other’s lives.

We may be facing some problems, but I love him and I know he loves me too. We aren’t an ideal couple but what we have is enough.:)

15. Lastly, I have this wonderful, crazy life that I have as of now lived for almost fifteen years.

And will be living for mooooore years, decades.. ;)
